ADIT (AutoDep Input Tool, version 3.1A) is a new tool developed by the RCSB for submitting X-ray and NMR structures to the PDB. This version of ADIT has been adapted to accept data for BIOSYNC.

 
ADD / UPDATE Beamline Profile
     
  • To update a specific beamline profile, choose a beamline and press the UPDATE BEAMLINE button.

    •    

  • To add a new beamline ADIT Profile, press the ADD BEAMLINE button.

    ADD / UPDATE Facility Profile
         
  • To update a facility profile, choose a facility and press the UPDATE FACILITY button.

    •      
  • To add a new Facility ADIT profile, press the ADD FACILITY button.
